Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Eggs

Baked macaroni and cheese is a simple to make recipe. It is extremely nutritious and tasty as well. For this recipe, you’ll need one package of elbow macaroni, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese, two cups of milk, two tbsp butter, and two eggs. If you want a little extra flavor add salt and pepper as you like.

First, cook the macaroni as directed and set it aside after draining it thoroughly. Whisk together the milk and eggs. Add butter and shredded cheese to this mixture and stir well. Preheat the oven at 370 degree F and grease a baking pan lightly with butter. Place the cooked macaroni in the pan and then, pour the egg, milk, cheese and butter mixture in as well. Sprinkle pepper and salt and give a good stirring. Bake for half an hour and serve with boiled vegetables and tomato sauce.
