Chicken Soup with Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Chicken lovers will enjoy this delectable soup and it can be made easily and in very little time. The ingredients required for macaroni and cheese chicken soup are half a packet of macaroni, half a cup of good quality cheddar cheese, six cups of clear chicken stock, salt and pepper to taste, half a cup of boiled boneless and shredded chicken and two tbsp butter.

Prepare macaroni as directed on the packet and set it aside. Then, melt butter in a small pan and toss the prepared macaroni for half a minute. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. After this add salt, pepper, shredded cheese and boil for another one or two minutes. The chicken shreds can be added in the end. If you wish to thicken the soup, you can add corn flour for thickening.
