The ingredients for macaroni cheese vegetable salad are one packet of macaroni, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese of good quality, salt, pepper, one diced tomato, one diced yellow bell pepper, one cup of fresh diced pineapple, one cup of shredded carrot and two tbsp olive or salad oil.

The macaroni has to cooked and drained as per the directions of the package. Mix the prepared macaroni, shredded cheese, salt pepper, tomato, bell pepper, pineapple and carrot and toss the salad lightly. Add olive oil and toss the salad and your healthy mac and cheese salad is ready to be served.
