Macaroni and Cheese with Veggies Recipe

Macaroni cheese with vegetables is a tasty recipe that can be cooked easily and will be loved by all. It is nutritious as well. The ingredients for this recipe are one packet of macaroni, one diced onion, one peeled and shredded carrot, one diced red or yellow bell pepper, 5 to 6 French beans cut into small pieces, all herbs seasoning, salt and pepper, one cup shredded cheddar cheese, four tbsp butter, and tomato sauce.

Prepare the macaroni as per the directions of the package. Leave it aside after it is cooked and drained. Melt butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onion bits until soft and add all other vegetables. Mix and toss them till they are cooked and soft. The vegetables will cook within five minutes. The vegetable should not be overcooked and must remain somewhat crunchy. Then, add salt, pepper and all herbs and seasoning to the vegetables. Add macaroni and cheese and stir for about two minutes. Lastly, add the tomato sauce.
