Recipe for Baked Macaroni Cheese with Minced Meat

Minced meat combined with baked macaroni and cheese is a delicacy that will be relished by all. The ingredients for baked macaroni and cheese with minced meat are: One package of elbow macaroni, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese, three cups milk, one cup cream, four tbsp butter, three tbsp flour, and half a cup of Mozzarella cheese. You will also need two cups of cooked minced lamb meat, one cup of bread crumbs, and two teaspoons of ginger garlic paste. One teaspoon of all herb seasoning should also be on standby. You should have two sliced onions, two sprigs of finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste and tomato sauce.

Prepare the white sauce by melting two tbsp butter in a saucepan on medium. Heat the flour lightly in melted butter and add the milk gradually by stirring constantly. Add the cream slowly and keep on stirring. For flavor add salt and pepper. Add the macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese. Remove from heat and set the dish aside. Use a frying pan to heat the remaining butter. Sauté onions and ginger garlic paste in the butter for three minutes. Add the cooked minced meat and all herb seasoning and stir fry for two minutes.

Preheat the oven at 400 degree F. Grease a baking dish with butter and then pour the macaroni and cheese and white sauce mixture in this dish. Spread the minced meat evenly on top. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley and Mozzarella cheese and top off with the bread crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes and serve with tomato sauce.
